How do I create an additional Care Project?

Create an additional Care Project

Are you caring for multiple people? You can create a Care Project for each person you’re caring for. 

Please note: If you need support with a Care Project that already exists for someone, then you can start a new task.

To get a second Care Project started simply click on the “Projects” tab on the left hand side of your screen. That will bring you to an overview page of all of your current projects. From that page, you can select “+ Create New Care Project” to kick-off the Care Project creation workflow. 

After a few questions you’ll be able to talk with your Care Team to get working on tasks for that Care Project. 

Please note:If you don’t see “+ Create New Care Project” at the bottom of your Care Project list, it means that you have a partially completed Care Project. That Care Project should have a red exclamation mark icon on the right side. Please finish creating that Care Project to proceed. 

If you no longer need that Care Project you can reach out to Member Support using the “? Help” icon on the lower left side of the screen to request they delete that Care Project.
