Delete a User Account

You can contact Member Support using one of the following methods:

  • Log in with your user credentials from your employer's landing page. For private-pay subscriptions, please log in from our website to access your account.
• Account Settings:
  • Please follow these steps:
    1. Select your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
    2. Select the "Profile" tab.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page and select the "Delete Account" button.
    4. Review the terms and conditions. Then select "Ok" to launch your email app, pre-filled with our deletion request template.
